No refund in case of unforeseen non-operation!

In the general operational terms it is pointed out explicitly that 

only 1 child is allowed per adult passenger. 

due to technical reasons it is not possible that one child sits on the adult´s knee and another child sits in the second toboggan tied to the first one!

The operation staff at the entrance will decide which transport device is suitable.

The following are excluded from transportation:

Please note that the transportation of dogs and all kinds of animals is strictly forbidden. 

You must leave larger backbags and hiking poles at the top station. They are taken down to the valley by mountain gondola. 

Excerpt from the operational terms and conditions of the summer toboggan run:

Passengers:

1. The summer toboggan run is not suitable for everyone´s transportation as it requires a certain degree of involvement of every single passenger. 

2. Persons who endager the safety of the transport or the safety of other passengers, people under the influence of alcohol or persons non-compos mentis are not allowed to use the summer toboggan run. 

Operation:

1. The operation must be stopped in case of rain, slippery surface, snow, darkness or bad visibility endangering the safe transport of the passengers.  

Children as passengers:

1. According to the operational terms, the transport of children under 6 years is allowed if they sit on the adults knee. Alternatively, children up to 10 years can sit in a separate toboggan under the following conditions
